Elite-sport experience: After seven years of training as a physiotherapist and osteopath, founder Franziska Nessenius started her own practice in 2022 — following several years at the Olympiastützpunkt München and international work in elite sport (athletics, NBA, NHL, NFL). Question not answered?We combine evidence-based physiotherapy with osteopathy and personal training under one roof — in a high-quality setting without time pressure. 50 minutes per session, always with the same therapist. Founder Franziska Nessenius brings several years of experience at the Olympiastützpunkt München.
As we currently hold no statutory health insurance accreditation, we can only treat private patients. Self-pay patients are welcome at any time — reimbursement via a statutory prescription is not possible in this case, but the quality and time for you remain the same.
On a self-pay basis you don't need a referral for our services. With a private medical prescription, a prescription from your doctor is all it takes. You can book your appointment directly via Doctolib.
You'll find us at Burgstraße 8, 80331 München — right in the old town, a 5-minute walk from Marienplatz. Easy to reach by underground, S-Bahn and bus (Marienplatz / Isartor). Parking is available in the surrounding underground car parks. Directions →
At your first appointment we carry out a detailed medical history and assessment. We take a close look at your complaints, mobility and posture, and develop an individual treatment plan together. Allow around 50 minutes.
Each session lasts 50 minutes — enough time for thorough treatment without rushing. This lets us truly focus on you and combine assessment, therapy and training properly.
Yes — that's exactly our approach. Therapeutic treatment and active training go hand in hand here. Many of our patients combine both for lasting results. Details on the personal training page.

Usually yes — most private health insurers reimburse physiotherapy services with a private medical prescription. We recommend checking with your PKV in advance which services are covered and to what extent.
Yes — we have sectoral Heilpraktiker for physiotherapy on the team. Many Heilpraktiker supplementary insurance plans therefore reimburse part of the cost of osteopathic and physiotherapy services. Please check your policy — we'll issue you the appropriate invoice.
Yes, we also treat work-accident (BG) patients after workplace accidents or with occupational illnesses. Please bring your BG documents and prescription to your first appointment. We're happy to help with any billing questions.

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance — directly via Doctolib or by phone. For short-notice cancellations, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.
