We treat privately insured patients on the basis of a private medical prescription. Osteopathic services are billed as sectoral Heilpraktiker services per the GebüH fee schedule (reimbursable via Heilpraktiker add-on insurance). Self-pay patients receive fixed flat rates per service. Coaching has its own fixed prices. Red light and magnetic field therapy run on session cards or single sessions, bookable directly online.

Usually, yes. With a private medical prescription, most private insurers reimburse physiotherapy and osteopathy services in full or in part. The exact reimbursement depends on your plan — please check with your insurer in advance. We issue the invoice based on the prescription.

Yes. Since our team includes sectoral Heilpraktiker for physiotherapy, many Heilpraktiker add-on insurance plans reimburse our osteopathic and selected physiotherapy services in part. We also treat BG (statutory accident insurance) patients.

A single coaching session costs 130 € (109,24 € reimbursable, at minimum via Beihilfe) with a therapist, or 150 € with Franziska Nessenius. As a package: 5-session card 600 €, 10-session card 1.150 € (1× red light session included free), 25-session card 2.725 € (3× red light sessions), 50-session card 5.225 € (6× red light sessions). With Franzi, also: 10-session card 1.300 € and 25-session card 3.100 €. 5- & 10-session cards directly via Stripe, larger packages on request.

A single session costs 29 € (24,37 € net). As a package: 5-session card 120 € (24 €/session), 10-session card 200 € (20 €/session). Session cards are valid for both treatments combined.

Coaching is billed per the German fee schedule (Heilmittelverzeichnis). The amount shown next to the gross price is reimbursable at minimum via Beihilfe; depending on your private health or add-on insurance, a higher share may be reimbursed. It is best to clarify the exact coverage with your insurer in advance.

Yes, all session cards and individual services are available as gift vouchers. Just contact us by phone or email and we will prepare the right gift for you — whether coaching, therapy or red light.

Online purchases of session cards run securely via Stripe (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA). At the practice we accept debit and credit cards as well as cash. For privately insured patients, billing is by invoice after treatment.
